Part-Time Housekeeper Needed 2-3 Days/Week- Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park)

Part-Time Housekeeper needed for single family home in Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park). Schedule will be 10-20 hours/week and can be split into either 2 or 3 days. Housekeeper will be responsible for assisting a stay-at-home mom with the upkeep of the home, including but not limited to:
  • Wash laundry/fold/put away clothes and organize closets/drawers
  • Make beds and wash linens/towels
  • Sweep and wash floors
  • Clean bathrooms and showers
  • Dust furniture/shutters
  • Maintain kitchen (wiping down counters, unloading dishwasher, cleaning refrigerator, etc.)
  • Watering indoor/outdoor plants

Applicants must have 2+ years experience as a Housekeeper, be child-friendly (two young boys), pet-friendly (family has one dog), and speak conversational English. A driver's license is not required. Private Chef Needed for Drop Off Meals- Chicago, IL (Gold Coast)

Private Chef needed for single Principal in Chicago, IL (Gold Coast) to prepare drop-off meals on-call. Chef will be responsible for preparing 1-2 meals/day when Principal is in residence and delivering them 1-2/week. Ideal candidate is incredibly flexible and should be looking to pick up extra work, but be open to an inconsistent schedule as the Principal can often be out of town for weeks at a time. This is a great opportunity for a Chef who already has a steady clientele or performs similar drop-off services.

Full-Time Nanny needed to assist stay-at-home mom with care of infant twins in Chicago, IL (River North). Schedule is 40 hours per week (typically Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm, but flexibility is needed. Full-Time Nanny needed in May 2016- Chicago, IL

Private family in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time Nanny for long-term position caring for one infant. Schedule is 5 days/week (Monday-Friday), and includes two half-days (Monday and Friday) and three longer days (Tuesday-Thursday). Hours are as follows:

Monday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Tuesday: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

   The overall care and development of one child
   Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities
   Registering/scheduling age-appropriate classes

Administrative Assistant needed for private investment firm in Chicago, IL (Loop)

Administrative Assistant needed for a private investment company in Chicago, IL. Assistant will support 4 analysts, and serve as the main point of contact for the office personnel. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Greeting office visitors (in person and over the phone)
-Calendar scheduling and maintenance

Family Assistant needed for year-round position in Rancho Mirage, CA

Private couple in Rancho Mirage, CA, is seeking a Family Assistant to join their team year-round. The couple is in residence for approximately 6 months/year so the Assistant will primarily focus on house management duties for the family’s two local residences during the off-season. Please note: this position is live-out only; family is not considering live-in candidates at this time.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Personal Assistant
    • Managing shared and individual calendars for the couple
    • Coordinating and accompanying Principals’ to meetings and various appointments
    • Assisting with travel plans as needed
    • Personal shopping and errands (dry cleaners, post office, drug store, etc.)
  • House Management
    • Managing and maintaining two private residences
