Executive/Personal Assistant- Chicago, IL

Busy Chicago couple seeking a professional executive/personal assistant to join their office. Couple has one newborn child, so candidate must be child-friendly! Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

-Helping to manage a very hectic household
-Coordinating events
-Running errands for the principal
-Household shopping/making sure the home is stocked
-Managing vendors
-Bill paying
-Coordinating travel
-Coordinating calendar appointments
-Must be tech-savvy

Candidate must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, have excellent organizational skills, an upbeat personality, be a real go-getter, and be able to pay extreme attention to detail. Must be willing to make a long-term commitment, as the family wants stability.

Full Time Live Out Professional Nanny Manager- Chicago, IL (Loop)

Chicago couple looking for a full-time, live-out nanny manager to join their family immediately. Couple is expecting their first child in September, but would like candidate to start ASAP to assist them in getting ready for the baby's arrival. Part Time Housekeeper/House Manager Needed- Chicago, IL

Busy family of 4 looking for a part time housekeeper/house manager to join their Lincoln Park home.  Responsibilities include overall deep cleaning of the entire home, light grocery shopping and home stocking, running errands, cooking three meals a week for the adults only, and overall upkeep and organization.  The ideal candidate is pro-active, hyper-organized, able to multi-task, creative, and doesn't need too much direction.  Family is looking for someone who will treat their home as if it were their own, and make sure everything is running seamlessly on a daily basis.  Candidate must be child friendly, but no direct childcare is involved.  Must be able to do laundry as well, and have an overall happy and outgoing personality.

Full Time Executive Assistant Needed- Chicago, IL


Private Chicago Employer seeking a full-time executive assistant for newly formed office. Duties include:
  • Daily office needs--phone and email correspondence, filing, calendar scheduling and maintenance, and sorting mail
  • Account management (office supplies/machines/vendors/payables/etc.)
  • Acting as a liaison between home and Family office—working with Principals, Estate Manager, Drivers, etc.
