Temporary Assistant needed to cover a maternity leave at a private firm in downtown Chicago. Must be able to commit from February 1, 2019 (approximately) through early May. Duties include but are not limited to:
-Assisting with answering and screening phone calls and messages
-Greeting and assisting guests and clients
-Prepare and submit expense reports
-Manage and order supplies, lunches, etc.
-Planning and coordinating travel and itineraries
-Sort and distribute mail and packages
