Part-Time Housekeeper Needed 15-20 Hours Per Week- Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park)

Wonderful part-time Housekeeper needed for longtime client in Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park). Position will be 15-20 hours per week and can be either two full days (or 2.5 days) per week or a combination of full and half days; family is flexible for the right candidate. Afternoon hours are preferred but not a deal breaker. Family has young school aged children but they have a separate Nanny, although Housekeeper must be child-friendly. Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, organizing, general upkeep, laundry, linens, and errands as requested. Family has one dog so Housekeeper must be comfortable with pets/have no allergies. Executive Housekeeper Needed Part-Time- Chicago, IL (Lakeview)

Executive Housekeeper needed for part-time position in a private residence in Chicago, IL (Lakeview). Family has two teenage children so no childcare is involved; Housekeeper is strictly responsible for maintaining the home and running errands. Schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm or 9am-1pm, with occasional flexibility requested (although rare). Family can guarantee 20-25 hours per week. Duties include but not limited to:

·                Handle daily upkeep and ensure that home is impeccably maintained, cleaned, and organized
·                Laundry and ironing 
·                Make beds and change linens 
·                Wash floors and vacuum 
·                Seasonal organizing and cleaning projects
·                Run errands such as post office, dry cleaning, etc.
·                Oversee vendors and repairs in residence; assist with scheduling as needed

Applicants must have 3+ years of experience as a Housekeeper, be comfortable working in a home with pets (family has one dog, a Goldendoodle), speak good English, have impeccable references, and ideally have a driver's license (not a deal breaker). Compensation is $18-20/hour, DOE. Applicants do not need to drive or have a car, although it would be helpful. Start date is as soon as possible. Live-In Weekend Companion/Caregiver- Chicago, IL (Gold Coast)

Live-In Weekend Companion/Caregiver needed for elderly male in Chicago, IL (Gold Coast). Companion will ideally have experience as a live-in, but MUST have experience working with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Companion should be comfortable with heavy lifting as Principal may require assistance getting around. Schedule is Saturday mornings at 10am until Monday mornings at 8am. Candidates who are flexible to also work 3 afternoon weekdays from 2pm-6pm would be preferred, but not required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Daily assistance and companionship 
-Assisting with bath/getting dressed 
-Drive to and from appointments/errands
-Help prepare snacks and/or meals

Office Coordinator Needed- Chicago, IL

Full-time Office Coordinator needed for private real estate investment company in Chicago, IL. Ideal candidate is comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented and reliable. MUST be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have excellent internet research skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • answering phones and greeting guests in the reception area
  • calendar management and coordination of meetings/conference calls
  • ordering and maintaining office/pantry supplies
  • work on projects, as needed
  • Act as back-up for Office Manager, when necessary
  • Print and bind presentations, as needed
