Administrative Assistant Needed- Chicago, IL


Administrative assistant needed for financial company located in downtown Chicago. Ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable working alongside other team members and who is looking for long-term stability within an admin role. Duties include but are not limited to:
·      Scheduling appointments, meetings, and daily calendar maintenance
·      Heavy phone and email correspondence 
·      General office duties, such as errands, ordering supplies, etc
·      Drafting meeting minutes, reports, documents, and letters
·      Greeting clients and visitors 
·      Organizing of office, materials, etc

Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9:30-6, with flexibility when needed. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a company and isn't looking to climb the corporate ladder. Full-Time Housekeeper Needed- Chicago (Lincoln Park)

Lincoln Park family is looking for a full time, long term Executive Housekeeper to join their fully staffed household.  Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30, but flexibility for weekends and evening events is a must.   This is a live out position only, and housekeeper must be comfortable taking care of a large estate, and working with other staff members.  The duties include deep cleaning of the entire home, running errands, organization, and laundry.  This position is for someone who wants to be a "housekeeper for life" and is looking for long-term stability.  The ideal candidate is extremely proactive, takes direction and feedback well, has a true team player mentality and strong work ethic. Must be child and dog friendly, although no direct childcare duties are required.  Interviewing ASAP; start date is immediate.  Salary is $18-$25/hour + benefits, DOE. Housekeeper should be able to do heavy lifting, as occasional duties include buffing the floors, carrying boxes, etc.

Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper Needed- Palo Alto, CA

Full-time housekeeper needed for live-out position with great family in the Palo Alto area. Residence is approximately 5 bedrooms and 4,000+ sq ft. Ideal candidate is meticulous, a great deep cleaner, proactive, has a great attitude, knows boundaries, is child-friendly and willing to assist with occasional childcare. Schedule will be either Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday. Family is looking for a wonderful housekeeper who wants to grow with them long-term. Family has no allergies but try to follow green cleaning practices whenever possible. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • daily cleaning and household maintenance
  • laundry and ironing

Executive Assistant for Financial Company in Chicago Area Needed


Highly experienced Executive Assistant is needed for the C-Level Executive of a finance company in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience assisting a C-level finance executive at the same company.  Position may at times involve personal duties so candidate must be comfortable helping in the household with whatever is needed.  The ideal candidate should also have great computer skills, be professional, flexible, and polished.  Must be able to work with all sorts of personality types and work extremely well under pressure.  Excellent references are required, and candidate must be looking for a long-term commitment. 

Duties include managing incredibly busy calendar, including frequent domestic and international travel, scheduling appointments, email correspondence, phone support, etc. Duties vary day-to-day, and EA should be a self-starter who can multi-task and adapt easily.   

Schedule is 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, but candidate will be on-call 24/7 if assistance is needed.  This position will have longer hours as needed so candidate must be willing to work evenings and weekends as well.   Applicants MUST have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant in the finance industry to apply, be currently based in the Chicago area or able to relocate ASAP (at their own expense), and be able to start ASAP.  Candidate also must have a valid drivers license and vehicle. Private employer with multiple residences in Chicago is looking for a top-notch Estate Manager to oversee all properties, with primary responsibility being the one in downtown Chicago.

Daily  responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:


-Responsible for daily operations on property
-Assisting with light housekeeping
-Hiring and overseeing temporary household staff when family is in residence or entertaining
-Handling errands and purchasing
-Assistance with events, projects, etc.
-Providing continuity between employer's other homes
