Part-Time Virtual Personal Assistant Needed- Clarendon Hills, IL

Part-Time Virtual Personal Assistant needed for busy family in Clarendon Hills, IL. Most of the work may be done remotely but employer requests flexibility for occasional in-person meetings (as needed/mutually agreed upon). Schedule can be flexible but some tasks will require calls during standard business hours. Depending on the week, the employer can guarantee between 4-16 hours per week. Employer is open to guaranteeing a minimum of hours per week for the right person but likely will not exceed 8-10 hours. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars for the family, including daughter's school and activities, etc.
-Assisting with the management of care and finances for Principal's elderly parent (i.e.  calling doctors, handling insurance reimbursements, etc.)

Part-Time Housekeeper- Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park)

Part-time Housekeeper needed for private residence in Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park). Family is looking for a great Housekeeper to work up to 20-25 hours per week. Housekeeper is strictly responsible for maintaining the home and running errands, but applicants should be comfortable working in a home with young children. Schedule can be mutually agreed upon but preferably is 3 full days per week (8:30-5:30 or 9-6). Duties include but not limited to:

· Handle daily upkeep and ensure that home is impeccably maintained, cleaned, and organized
· Laundry and ironing 
· Make beds and change linens 
· Wash floors and vacuum 
· Seasonal organizing and cleaning projects
· Run errands such as post office, dry cleaning, etc. 

Applicants must have 3+ years of experience as a Housekeeper, speak good English, and have impeccable references. Compensation is $20-25/hour, DOE. Full-time Nanny needed to care for a toddler boy in Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park). Couple both work full-time in demanding jobs, but the mother's schedule allows for part-time hours from home on occasion. Ideal candidate is open to a flexible schedule, as both parents work schedule can fluctuate but will be given at least one month in advance. Hours will be approximately 9-10 hours daily, although exact schedule will fluctuate week to week. Family would love to find a great Nanny who is passionate about child development and who can grow with them long-term. Nanny MUST be able to swim as couple has a second home that is oceanfront. Office Coordinator- Chicago, IL

Private investment firm in downtown Chicago is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team to support their Office Manager full-time. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in an administrative support role in a corporate environment and demonstrates strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with answering and screening phone calls and messages
  • Greeting and assisting guests and clients
  • Manage and order supplies, lunches, etc.

One position is for a full-time live-in Nanny and the other position is for a full-time, live-out daytime Nanny to help two working parents (mother works part-time) to care for 3 young children. Schedule is 5 days/week, Monday-Friday, and exact hours depend on whether the candidate applies for live-out or live-in. Flexibility for occasional weekend help is a big plus.
