Vice President of Human Resources- Chicago, IL

Private finance firm seeking a Vice President of Human Resources in Chicago, IL. The VP-HR will be responsible for all areas of HR functions within the organization, including but not limited to:

• developing and implementing policies
• sourcing, staffing and retaining top talent
• employee relations and performance reviews
• payroll and benefits
• compliance and employment practices

Applicants must possess the following for consideration:

• Must have 10-15 years experience in an HR leadership role
• Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree (HR or other relevant field preferred)
• HR Certifications
• Exceptional phone skills, recruiting, interviewing skills, people skills, and project management skills
• Must support diversity and adhere to Employment Laws
• Must be results driven, professional, organized, and detail oriented
