Private finance firm seeking a Vice President of Human Resources in
Chicago, IL. The VP-HR will be responsible for all areas of HR functions
within the organization, including but not limited to:
- developing and implementing policies
- sourcing, staffing and retaining top talent
- employee relations and performance reviews
- payroll and benefits
- compliance and employment practices
Applicants must possess the following for consideration:
- Must have 10-15 years experience in an HR leadership role
- Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree (HR or other relevant field preferred)
- HR Certifications
- Exceptional phone skills, recruiting, interviewing skills, people skills, and project management skills
- Must support diversity and adhere to Employment Laws
- Must be results driven, professional, organized, and detail oriented
