Private employer seeking a full-time Personal Organizer to handle personal and office duties. Candidate must be flexible, quick thinking, energetic, good at multi-tasking, and highly discreet. Employer juggles various business and social commitments, and Organizer will help to organize the daily flow of mail, errands, etc. to bring balance between personal and business life.
Driving is a key component to this position, as Assistant will help get employer to and from various appointments throughout the city as well as run errands.
Ideal candidate has 5+ years experience, is tech savvy, and works well alongside other staff. This position works closely with the Personal Executive Assistant, so you must be willing to take direction from others.
PROPOSED schedule is Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm, but candidate must be flexible for occasional weekend days (not every weekend, but likely 2-3 times per month). On weeks that a weekend day is required, Assistant will get a day off during the workweek. Salary DOE and includes generous benefits package.
