Full Time Office Manager/Executive Assistant Needed- Chicago, IL

Full Time Office Manager/Executive Assistant needed for private investment office in Chicago. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Coordinating meetings/Preparing conference rooms for meetings
Screening phone calls for the President and Managing Principal
Manage and track expenses
Coordinate all travel arrangements
Provide administration support throughout the office
Creating, maintaining and editing documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations
Keeping office supplies stocked and organized
Organizing team events
Maintaining and organizing filing system
Provide support and act as back up to other Executive Assistant

Executive/Personal Assistant Needed For Entrepreneur- Chicago, IL


Full-Time C-Level Executive/Personal Assistant needed for Chairman in Chicago. The successful candidate will be a go-getter who is up for any challenge. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full senior level administrative support for the Chairman in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle heavy calendar management
  • Handle regular commercial and private travel arrangements, both domestic and international
  • Review and summarize all high profile and highly confidential documentation addressed to Chairman
  • Fully manage phone and email communication on behalf of Chairman in a timely manner
  • Serve as a liaison between Chairman and internal team members, high profile external contacts, and a diverse group of individuals across a variety of organizations
  • Partner with Chairman's extended support team including personal assistant to provide a seamless, high service level
  • Process and review all Chairman's monthly expenditures
  • Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and all documentation for Chairman
  • Provide backup phone and general support for office
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, flexible, and has strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. Full-Time House Manager- Washington DC (McLean, VA)

Full Time House Manager needed for large home near Washington, DC (McLean, VA). Principal is a builder/developer, and prefers having systems in place for efficient household managing. Ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, pet-friendly (cats), is service-oriented, and looking to make a long-term commitment. Principal has a home office and a separate Personal Assistant, but HM should be willing to jump in wherever needed. Property is 20K square feet and has 2 housekeepers full-time. 

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm but flexibility required for nights/weekends if Principal needs assistance via phone/email. Salary is open and depends on experience, plus a full benefits package (phone, computer, paid vacation/holidays) and bonus.

All candidates must drive and have their own car. MUST be tech savvy, highly organized, proficient on Mac computers and willing to help out wherever needed.
