Professional Housekeeper needed for private
family in Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park). This position requires only part-time
hours but the salary is equivalent to a full-time position—great opportunity! Schedule will be 3 days per week every week,
as well as two weekends per month. Duties include but not limited to:
- Work alongside full-time Housekeeper to ensure home is impeccably maintained, cleaned, and organized.
- Wash laundry/fold/put away clothes and organize closets/drawers
- Make beds and wash linens/towels
- Sweep and wash floors
- Clean bathrooms and showers
- Dust furniture/shutters
- Maintain kitchen (wiping down counters, unloading dishwasher, cleaning refrigerator, etc.)
- Prepare snacks and meals
- Assist with errands such as grocery shopping and dry cleaning
- Arrange fresh flowers and care for arrangements in the home
- Seasonal organizing and cleaning projects
Applicants must have 3+ years experience as a Housekeeper,
be child-friendly, speak good English, have impeccable references, be able to
correspond via email and have basic computer skills, and have a valid driver’s
license. Compensation is $25-28/hour, DOE. Start date is as soon as possible. To
