Executive/Personal Assistant needed for Founder of private contracting business in Forest Park, IL.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping such as balancing checkbooks, paying bills, maintaining Quickbooks, creating invoices, etc.
- Maintain calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, etc.
- Phone and email correspondence
- Overall assistance with keeping the Founder organized, on task, etc.
- Personal tasks such as errands, coordinating travel, etc.
