Full-Time Executive/Personal Assistant needed to support busy
Entrepreneur in Chicago, IL. Position will be based 2-3 days a week at
company’s Chicago office in Edgewater and the rest of the week at the company’s
corporate headquarters in Streamwood. Company car will be provided. Principal’s
previous Assistant has been with the company for 20+ years so the ideal
candidate is looking to make a long-term commitment. Duties include but are not
limited to:
- handling heavy calendar management (business, personal, and family)
- screening phone calls and emails
- coordinating meetings and conference calls
- serving as liaison between Principal and household staff
- planning and managing extensive travel arrangements (private and commercial)
- bookkeeping such as expense reports, reconciling bank and credit card statements, etc. for business and personal
- run errands as needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Quicken software
- Must be currently living in the Chicagoland area
Candidate must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, have excellent
organizational skills and detail-oriented. Schedule will be Monday-Friday from
8am-5pm. Salary is $85-90,000 DOE as well as a full benefits package. Ideal
start date is as soon as possible but may be negotiable for the right
