Personal Assistant to Philanthropist Needed Full-Time- Chicago, IL

Full-time Personal Assistant needed to support a prominent philanthropist in Chicago, IL (Loop). Assistant will be based out of the Principal's Family Office in downtown Chicago (Loop). Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive OR Personal Assistant; open to local candidates only. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Managing a hectic business/personal calendar  
  • Organize a high volume of daily e-mail and phone correspondence
  • Plan and coordinate heavy travel arrangements, including domestic and international
  • Purchase items, gifts, and supplies
  • Research projects
  • Responding to event and meeting requests, invitations, etc. 
  • Maintaining contacts and database 
Ideal candidate works well autonomously, is detail oriented, and can multi-task with ease. Applicants should be looking to make a long-term commitment.
