Full-time Office Assistant needed for privately held company in Morton Grove, IL. This position supports the entire office, but also serves as the right hand to Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate is great at multi-tasking, maintaining the front desk, handling heavy call volume, assisting with mail/FedEx, stocking supplies, keeping inventory, conference room scheduling, inter-office mail, calling on permits, event assistance and supply ordering. The Assistant must be reliable and dependable, drive and have his/her own car, and be looking for a long-term opportunity to work at a wonderful company (the last person in this role was just promoted).
