Full-time Personal Assistant needed to support
entrepreneurial couple in Chicago, IL. PA will report directly to Principals
and work in the Family Office alongside a full-time EA. Applicants must have a
minimum of 3-5 years of experience in both home office and corporate roles.
Duties include extensive travel arrangements, event planning, research
projects, procuring gifts and other items, errands, arranging team lunches,
etc. Ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker who pays attention to detail, has
a can-do attitude and is willing to pitch in on a variety of projects. The family’s
team has an attitude of “no task is too big or too small” and want to find a
great PA who is willing to jump in whenever needed. Salary DOE plus full
benefits (medical/dental), paid holidays and 3 weeks paid vacation. Schedule is
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm, with minimal flexibility (this is NOT a 24/7
