Executive Administrative Assistant needed to
support a team of three C-level executives at a private form in the western
suburbs of Chicago, IL. Company will be relocating to downtown Chicago in 2018
so applicants must be comfortable working from either location. This position
requires a minimum of 5 years of Assistant experience, ideally supporting at
least 1 C-level executive. Ideal candidate is extremely organized, a quick
learner, and highly motivated. Must be a team player who is adaptable and
comfortable working in a small office setting. No travel is required. Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
-Phone, email and calendar management
-Coordination of meetings and conference calls
-Booking, coordinating, and overseeing extensive travel
arrangements (domestic and international)
-Monitor, organize and submit invoices/bills
-Research projects and maintaining files
-Drafting and analyzing documents and correspondence
-Office management duties such as ordering supplies, researching
products, and overseeing vendors
-Running errands, as needed
Applicants must meet all of the following to be
considered:
-College degree
-Locally based (in or near Chicago, IL) be
based in Chicago,
-Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite
programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
-Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication
skills
