Two working parents in Chicago (Streeterville) are seeking a loving full-time
Nanny to care for their 2-year-old and newborn beginning in July 2017. Mother
works part-time so Nanny must be comfortable with both children at once as well
as working on a team with the mother when she is home. Schedule is Mondays and
Wednesdays from 7:30am-4:30pm and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30am-5:30pm.
Flexibility for occasional date nights or weekend hours is be a big plus.
Ideal candidate has a strong interest in child development and
is punctual, warm, calm, respectful, takes direction but can also work
autonomously. Nanny will mainly focus on childcare but should be a team player
who doesn’t mind throwing in a load of laundry, unloading dishes, or helping prepare
light meals. Family would love a Nanny who has a valid driver’s license,
although not required. Family provides a parking space if Nanny drives to work.
Nanny should be pet-friendly as family has one dog. Applicants must have a minimum
of 10-15 years as a career Nanny. Start date is July 2017. Competitive salary
