Professional Housekeeper / House Manager Needed Full Time- North Shore (Glenview and Highwood)

Mother and Daughter with houses in Highwood and Glenview seeking a great Housekeeper to join their homes full-time. They have shared a Housekeeper for over 20 years and split the position with 3 days in Glenview and 2 days in Highwood. The homes are 2500-3500 square feet, and one home has a small dog that does not shed. They are seeking a hardworking, smart, independent, self-starter, and non-smoker who works well taking direction or working on his/her own. 

Duties for Glenview home include cleaning, laundry, organizing, running errands and cooking meals. 

Duties for Highwood home include cleaning, laundry, organizing, few errands and walking dog if necessary. 

Schedule is 9am-5pm but they are flexible and open to doing 10am-4pm, 9am-4pm, etc. for the right candidate. Must be legal to work in the USA, have a drivers license and reliable car. Weekend Nanny needed to assist with the care of infant triplets in Chicago, IL (Wicker Park). Position will be every weekend, although exact hours/schedule to be determined. Ideal candidate is open to traveling (domestic and international), pet-friendly (2 small dogs), and willing to be pitch in with light housekeeping related to the children (cleaning toys, bottles, etc.). Full-time Personal Assistant needed to support entrepreneurial couple in Chicago, IL. PA will report directly to Principals and work in the Family Office alongside a full-time EA. Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in both home office and corporate roles. Duties include extensive travel arrangements, event planning, research projects, procuring gifts and other items, errands, arranging team lunches, etc. Ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker who pays attention to detail, has a can-do attitude and is willing to pitch in on a variety of projects. The family’s team has an attitude of “no task is too big or too small” and want to find a great PA who is willing to jump in whenever needed.
