Stay-at-home mom seeking a very child-friendly Nanny/House
Manager to join household in Summer 2012. Mother will be going back to work in the
Fall on a part-time basis. Duties
include light cleaning and organizing, managing contractors/vendors, taking
children to and from school/activities, homework help, grocery shopping,
errands, helping to pack children’s lunches, coordinating calendar/schedule,
caring for family dogs, and overall maintenance of the home. House Manager
should be tech savvy and good with computers. Family has a part-time
housekeeper for deep cleaning.
Ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, has a
positive/upbeat attitude, able to work autonomously, willing to travel on
occasion. A second language (preferably French) is great but not a deal
breaker. Schedule is 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9-5 or so with occasional
flexibility. Salary is $48-52,000/year plus reimbursement for health insurance
plan and quarterly performance based bonuses.
