Duties include but are not limited to:
- general office work such as managing calendars, account reconciliations, invoice proposals, filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.
- vendor management
- extensive travel planning and coordination
- securing event/concert tickets
- sorting through and handling all mail and packages
- event preparation and assistance
- some HR-related tasks for the family's household staff--i.e. payroll, health insurance, time off requests, etc.
- overseeing family's art system/database
Schedule is Monday through Friday (8:30-5:30) but flexibility is needed to assist with events, etc. Applicants MUST be pet-friendly (especially dogs), comfortable working in a formal household alongside other staff, and looking to make a long-term commitment.
