House Manager needed for 9,000 square foot residence in Glen Ellyn, IL. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours/week, with occasional weekend availability needed. Family is looking for a candidate who can stay overnight occasionally when family travels. Daily duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Ensuring the residence runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
-Maintain a comprehensive household manual
-Maintaing the household and family calendar
-Manage and maintain household inventories
-Maintain the security systems, Smart Home system, etc.
-Manage and assist the household staff as needed
-Event/Party planning as needed
-Meal plan and help prepare meals as needed
Candidate has 5+ years experience working in a private home and must have excellent references. Must be dog and child-friendly. Candidate must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license, however a car will be provided during the work day. Ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, high organized and loyal.
