Full-Time Live-In/Live-Out Executive Housekeeper needed for formal residence in the Gold Coast working for a single Principal. Schedule will be 40-50 hours/week (Monday-Friday) when Client is traveling but flexibility for weekends as needed when Client and/or his guests are in residence. Principal travels a great deal but when in residence, Housekeeper’s schedule requires flexibility (i.e.: helping with events at night and/or on weekends). Principal would love a combination of live-in and live-out; there is a separate guest suite that Housekeeper is welcome to live-in year-round but position only requires partial live-in (i.e.: overnights when guests are in town but Principal is traveling, etc).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Working with one other household staff member, a full-time Housekeeper
-Helping to maintain a clean and orderly household
-Laundry and ironing (care of fine linens)
-Event assistance (table setting, vendor coordination, etc.)
-Principal would love if the Housekeeper could travel to other properties on occasion as well, but this is not a deal breaker
Candidate must have 5+ years of experience working in a private household, excellent references, be comfortable working in a more formal household, and should be a team player who works well with others. Housekeeper must also be dog-friendly as Principal has two large dogs and should be willing to work occasional holidays. Salary is open (DOE) + a full benefits package.
