Office Assistant/Clerk needed for full-time
position with private, high-profile Family Office located in downtown Chicago,
IL. This
position is serving as support for the Executive and Administrative Assistants
as well as other Senior Staff as needed. The ideal candidate should be
dependable, reliable, comfortable working in a highly confidential environment,
and a team player who possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties
include but are not limited to:
• Perform
data entry and clerical functions, including filing, copying, scanning, and
maintaining extensive file system.
• Prepare and proofread
documents, reports, and various records.
• Perform
basic bookkeeping and accounting duties, such as account reconciliation,
deposits, and expenses.
• Run
errands as needed.

Experience/Education:
• A minimum of 1 year of
experience in a support role, such as a Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or
Receptionist
• Some college coursework
or an Associate’s Degree a plus
• Excellent verifiable
references from prior experience in a similar position
• Track record of good
judgment and decision making

Computer Skills:
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite
