Part-Time Estate Manager/Personal Assistant needed in Chicago (Gold Coast). Schedule will be 20-30 hours/week, more or less depending on when the principal is in town. For example: when principal is in town, the schedule will typically be 3-4 days/week from 2pm-8pm. When the principal is out of town, the schedule will be based on vendor availability and will be on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Overall maintenance of the home
-Working with vendors
-Coordinating household maintenance
-Packing/Unpacking luggage
-Light housekeeping
-Running errands (pharmacy, dry cleaning, etc.)
The successful candidate is organized, communicative, hard working, patient, and proactive. Must have a can-do attitude and be willing to work flexible hours as needed. Candidate must have basic knowledge on home renovations, plumbing, etc. Must be tech-savvy and have their own vehicle. Salary is $30-40,000/year, DOE.
