Full-time French-speaking nanny needed for a family with two children in Lake Forest. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm with some flexibility for occasional date nights or overnights (parents rarely travel without the children unless for work). Duties include:
Driving children to and from school and appointments
Engaging the children in age-appropriate games and activities
Preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children
Light housekeeping and laundry related to the children
Occasional errand running related to the children (buying clothes, planning birthday parties, etc.)
The ideal candidate is kind, creative, active, and passionate about French language and culture. Ideally the nanny should be a native French speaker, but family is open to a candidate with a strong grasp of the language. Candidates must be legal to work in the United States and have 5+ years of nanny experience. A driver is preferred but not a deal-breaker. Salary is $18-22/hour, DOE.
