House Manager/Personal Assistant Needed- Washington, DC/Virginia

House Manager/Personal Assistant needed in Washington, DC area (specifically McLean, Virginia). Salary is $70-75,000, DOE. Start date is ASAP. Email info@alteregoconcierge.com to apply or for more details.


Qualifications:

·      Minimum of 5 years experience working as a top level PA/House Manager.
·      Legally allowed to work in the US.
·      Excellent checkable references.
·      Valid US Drivers License.
·      Someone looking for long-term employment.
·      Excellent administrative skills.
·      Proficient on Mac.
·      Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.
·      Household project management experiences a huge plus.
·      Cool head under pressure.
·      Friendly demeanor.
·      Must Love Dogs.
·       
Responsibilities:

·      Homeowner’s “right hand” person.
·      Responsible for paying all household bills and invoices.
·      Experience with smart home technology.
·      Managing heavy, ever changing calendar.
·      Responsible for arranging high-level travel, including private jets, and creating detailed travel itineraries.
·      Strong ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
·      Reconciliation of all household receipts, and maintaining all financial records.
·      Screening all phone calls and emails.
·      Setting up and confirming all appointments and meetings.
·      Point person for all homeowner requests and concerns.
·      Responsible for arranging and supervising all vendors and contractors.
·      Managing and supervising all household staff.
·      Responsible for hiring and training of all household employee’s.
·      Comfortable driving and maintaining luxury cars.h
·      Good understanding of the homeowner’s need for privacy and discretion.
