Highly experienced Executive Assistant is needed for the C-Level Executive of a finance company in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience assisting a C-level finance executive at the same company. Position may at times involve personal duties so candidate must be comfortable helping in the household with whatever is needed. The ideal candidate should also have great computer skills, be professional, flexible, and polished. Must be able to work with all sorts of personality types and work extremely well under pressure. Excellent references are required, and candidate must be looking for a long-term commitment.
Duties include managing incredibly busy calendar, including frequent domestic and international travel, scheduling appointments, email correspondence, phone support, etc. Duties vary day-to-day, and EA should be a self-starter who can multi-task and adapt easily.
Schedule is 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, but candidate will be on-call 24/7 if assistance is needed. This position will have longer hours as needed so candidate must be willing to work evenings and weekends as well.
