- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff members
- Coordinate staff schedules
- Assist the General Manager to plan menus, plan events, and maintain inventory.
- Monitor and oversee purchases, menus, and payroll.
- Oversee equipment- coordinate cleanings, repairs, etc.
- Communicate with vendors, sales reps, and suppliers.
- Evaluate and maintain health and safety practices to ensure compliance
- Maintain the highest customer service and assist with any complaints.
- Aiding with the development of marketing strategies, advertising, and promotional ideas.
