Administrative/Executive Assistant- Chicago, IL

A private financial company in Chicago, IL (Loop) is seeking an Administrative/Executive Assistant to work alongside the Senior Executive Assistant to support the President. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Manage calendars
  • Schedule meetings and travel itineraries
  • Monitor email and incoming correspondence
  • Prepare reports, documents, and letters
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and minutes
  • Organize and maintaining office systems, files, and supplies
  • Field internal and external telephone calls
  • Assist with other office duties as needed
The ideal candidate values confidentiality, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys learning on the fly. Spanish Speaking Nanny Needed Full-Time- Chicago, IL

Full-time Nanny needed for family in Chicago, IL (Gold Coast). Family has two young children and a newborn due later this year and is looking for a career Nanny to grow with them for years to come. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, approximately 8am-5pm (but open to additional hours if candidate prefers). Daily duties include overall care of the children, including driving to school and activities, playdates, light housekeeping related to the children, etc. Family is looking for a Nanny who is loving, warm, engaging, has a true passion for child development, and who drives (car will be provided). Full-Time Nanny Needed- Birmingham, MI

Full-time Nanny needed to care for newborn baby in Birmingham, MI. Both parents work full-time and are open to one Nanny working the full schedule (7am-7pm, Monday-Friday) or splitting the shift between two candidates. This is their first child and they are looking for a great Nanny (or Nannies) to grow with their family long-term. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary duties are to ensure the health, well-being, education, development and safety of the child.
- Comply with parents’ discipline philosophy and child-rearing preferences. Nanny is to treat children with kindness and respect. Discipline guidelines will be provided.
- To provide care and have responsibility for employers’ child, while on duty as their childcare provider. This includes providing healthy meals, keeping the child’s clothing and toys clean and tidy.
- Maintain a cheerful and helpful attitude while with the child
- Promote feelings of security and warmth by planning time daily with the child
- Responsible for providing healthy meals according to parents’ guidelines. Some assistance with preparation of family dinner may be requested.
- Limited time on cell phone or phone (only in cases of emergency or important personal business)
- Visitors are not allowed while working unless pre-approved by parents


- 10+ years’ experience in childcare settings (day care center, nursery, babysitting, nanny, etc.)
- Understanding of child psychology and stages of development
- Certification in infant and child first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Absolute confidentiality and discretion on all matters
- Reliable mode of transportation required
- Non-smoker and non-drinker
- Pet friendly

Administrative Assistant- Chicago, IL (West Loop)

Administrative Assistant needed to support a small team of executives at a private firm in Chicago, IL (West Loop). This position requires a minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or professional experience. Ideal candidate is extremely organized, a quick learner, and highly motivated. Must be a team player who is adaptable and comfortable working in a small office setting. No travel is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to engage with high-level partners in a professional and courteous manner. 
  • Manage, monitor and coordinate calendars and meetings for multiple directors, including the Chief Investment Officer. 
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Candidate should be able to coordinate complex travel and meeting schedules with little direction for both domestic and international travel. 
  • Daily clerical functions: screening calls, emails, filing, meeting service requests. 
  • Provide support for the office services including meeting preparation, greeting and assisting guests, and overall office 
maintenance while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as play an integral role in the office and team environment. 
  • Office and workplace hospitality including ability to anticipate needs of guests and team members to ensure a seamless 
and positive work environment. 
  • Help to prepare executive expense reports 
  • Prepare and arrange for meetings including arrangements for food, beverage, and electronic equipment 
  • Assist team with special projects and special events
