Child-friendly housekeeper needed for large home in Barrington. Start date is ASAP. MUST be comfortable working around children and helping with childcare on occasion. Primary responsibility will be to clean the home, but mother is stay-at-home and would love someone who can be a helping hand with the children. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Overall deep cleaning, maintaining and organizing the home
-Preparing and cooking meals
-Laundry and ironing
-Assisting with childcare as needed
-Running errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc.)
Candidate must be honest, loyal, professional and have a positive attitude. Must be able to swim. Must be able to drive, although a car will be provided for use during the work day.
Schedule is M-F 7am-7pm and Saturdays (hours TBD). Family is willing to split the position between two candidates, so schedule can be flexible. Salary is DOE. All candidates must be legal to work in the United States, have at least 5+ years experience working in a private home, and have excellent references.
