Part-Time Personal/Executive Assistant- Chicago, IL

Chicago businesswoman with very demanding social and work calendar seeking a part-time executive/personal assistant to work on various projects between home and work. Ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership qualities who is solution-based and knows that no matter what needs to be done, it will be accomplished. PA should be comfortable hiring and managing other staff members, have a flexible schedule, and know the ins and outs of being someone’s right hand. PA should have an eye for detail, a high level of integrity, and be willing to go the extra mile and not take short cuts. PA should be comfortable managing a great deal of travel, coordination with husband’s assistant, several homes, and heavy entertaining. There are no children or pets in the home. Start date is ASAP.
