Full-Time House Manager Needed for Formal Residence in Downtown Chicago

Private entrepreneurial couple in downtown Chicago are seeking a highly experienced, formally trained House Manager for their Chicago home. Duties include overall hands on residential maintenance in conjunction with 2-4 other staff members as well as servicing and repairs, coordinating and overseeing events/parties, light cooking, driving, household errands, overseeing staff, managing the daily flow of duties and expectations, cleaning, etc. House Manager will be overseeing the staff, but this is a very large property that requires all hands on deck when it comes to cleaning. House Manager MUST be comfortable working in an extremely formal work environment and ok wearing a uniform. Must be able to wear a lot of hats in order to make the home run smoothly. Calm yet professional demeanor is needed! 

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 10-8 (when employer is in residence, shorter hours when not), live out with flexibility required for weekend events and entertaining. Ideal candidate has very long-term references, 7-10/years of experience and formal training at a school would be preferred. Salary is $60-95K, DOE, plus full benefits package. Start is ASAP!
