High-profile family based between Bloomfield Hills, MI and East Hampton, NY are looking for an experienced, seasoned personal assistant. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone based in Michigan ONLY--family will not relocate any candidates.
Ideal candidate must be very MAC savvy, and an overall computer expert. This position is based in a corporate office suite, supporting an Executive with personal matters. The Personal Assistant will manage a wide variety of responsibilities which will include, but not be limited to:
- Work cooperatively with household staff
- Maintain calendars and schedules for entire household and staff
- Detailed computer research--including extensive travel planning,
- Create and maintain database for Principal's contacts
- Handle correspondence with letters, phone calls, emails, RSVP's
- Assist Principal with philanthropic activities and other projects
- Organize travel and entertainment bookings for Principal
Typical hours will be 9 am until 6 pm, Monday through Friday, although flexibility will be requested on occasion. Travel may be required. AGAIN: Candidate must currently be based in Michigan or willing to relocate on their own accord. Start is immediate. Salary is $50-70K, DOE.
