Private family seeking a top-notch, highly experienced executive housekeeper to join their large staff in East Hampton. The ideal person will be energetic and able to keep up with the maintenance of a 35,000 square foot estate, and able to manage 3-4 housekeepers under his/her employ. Executive Housekeeper must be a team player who can easily manage and delegate, but also does not mind getting his/her hands dirty and cleaning on a daily basis. This estate is run like a hotel, and the candidate must have experience running a home in a similar capacity. Family will not interview candidates with less than 5-7 years experience as a professional housekeeper.
Salary is up to $100K, DOE, plus full health benefits. Candidate is welcome to live in or live out, but must be available to work on the weekends. Start is ASAP.
