Extremely reliable, experienced, articulate, and knowledgable House Manager needed for a high-profile household in Manhattan. House Manager must have previous experience overseeing a minimum of 4 other staff members. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, with 5-7 years experience in the NYC area and at least 2+ years with the same employer. House Manager must have a degree from a 4-year university. This is not an entry-level position--family will not interview candidates who do not meet ALL of the above requirements.
Duties include calendar and travel scheduling/maintenance, managing staff, overseeing vendors and contractors, and coordination of events.
Schedule is live-out, Monday-Friday 9-7 pm most days. Flexibility for travel and occasional odd hours are required. Salary is up to $125K plus bonus and benefits, DOE.
