Duties include:
- Maintaining clean & impeccable residence at all times; keen attention to detail is of the utmost importance
- Overseeing and managing all staff; acting as household's HR when needed
- In charge of household and security systems, vendor management, and installations/routine maintenance
- Follow through with the house manual's protocol, schedules, and routine, and update when necessary
- Handle household's monthly budget, including expense reports and purchasing
- Work alongside Family Office and act as a liaison with Executive Assistants and other staff to ensure smooth transitions and communication between business/personal lives
- Errands and other needs open Principal's request
Applicants should possess the following qualities:
- Able to work well in times of high stress, such as events, construction and other projects.
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Great with prioritizing duties and schedules, and managing time sensitive projects
- Works well with a team or autonomously; must be good with delegating as well as self-management
Schedule will be (on average) Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm but does require 24/7 accessibility as HM will be on call and can often be contacted via Smartphone during off hours.
