Finance firm on the near North side of Chicago is seeking a full-time Corporate/Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Senior Executive Assistant for a prominent Executive. Schedule will be full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional flexibility required. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 4-6 years of formal experience as an Assistant. All applicants must have a degree from a 4-year college or university.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Heavy phone and email correspondence
- Assisting with personal shopping, booking travel, planning events, errands, and other needs
- Data entry and upkeep of database, contacts, and vendor lists
- Creating, submitting, and organizing all expense reports
- Calendar maintenance- including all appointments, visits, and meetings
- General office support
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office platforms, Mac/PC platform, smartphones, and basic Quickbooks is a plus but not a necessity. Ideal candidate should be a true career Assistant who is looking to make a long-term commitment. Salary is $50-70,000 + top benefits package.
