Full-Time C-Level Executive/Personal Assistant needed for Chairman in Chicago. The successful candidate will be a go-getter who is up for any challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full senior level administrative support for the Chairman in a fast-paced environment
- Handle heavy calendar management
- Handle regular commercial and private travel arrangements, both domestic and international
- Review and summarize all high profile and highly confidential documentation addressed to Chairman
- Fully manage phone and email communication on behalf of Chairman in a timely manner
- Serve as a liaison between Chairman and internal team members, high profile external contacts, and a diverse group of individuals across a variety of organizations
- Partner with Chairman's extended support team including personal assistant to provide a seamless, high service level
- Process and review all Chairman's monthly expenditures
- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and all documentation for Chairman
- Provide backup phone and general support for office
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, flexible, and has strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. Must have 3-7 years experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role. Salary $60-100K + performance based bonus, and an excellent benefits package.
