Mid-size finance company in Chicago area (located right outside the city but near public transportation) is seeking a Team Assistant starting ASAP. The person will be supporting a Marketing team. Ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous and pays attentions to detail, has exceptional communication skills and is looking for a long-term assistant position (this position does not offer a lot of room for growth but does offer a great deal of stability). Schedule is typically Monday-Friday from 8am – 6pm on average. Duties include travel arrangements (extensive--including complex itineraries and a lot of international), handling expense reports, coordinating meetings, telephone and email correspondence, and other day-to-day tasks as they come up. Assistant should be able to thrive in fast paced environment. ALL applicants must have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar role. Salary is $40-60K plus overtime, discretionary bonus, and generous benefits package.
