Duties include, but not limited to;
• Schedule vendors, contractors, architects, and repairs
• Create a household manual and vendor list
• Maintain property and manage staff--hiring and overseeing included
• Coordinate budgeting and execution for large events
• Keep track of invoices and handle payments
• Act as a butler during events and ensure the utmost attention to guests
• Coordinate transportation for employer to and from NYC and various airports
