Estate Manager Needed- Highland Park, IL

Private client in Highland Park, IL seeking an estate manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the entire property. Duties include overseeing construction and renovations, landscapers and contractors, and other various projects throughout the interior and exterior of the home. Estate Manager will be in charge of supervising outside vendors/housekeepers, handling errands and online purchasing, keeping household inventory, overseeing and preserving art/antiques, maintaining household records for submitting to accountant, acting as the liaison between employer's home and office, and handling travel and event arrangements when necessary. Ideal candidate will have a keen eye to detail, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to anticipate an employer's needs in advance. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 10-6, with occasional hours needed on evenings/weekends. Little to no travel required. This is a live-out position and employer is looking for a long-term commitment.
