Professional couple located in Chicago seeking a highly experienced private chauffeur to join their fully staffed household. Ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience as full-time private chauffeur in the Chicago area, familiarity with nearby major cities/roads, and a flexible schedule.  ALL applicants must currently be based in Chicago and able to interview immediately. Schedule is 40-45 hours per week, but does require evenings and occasional weekends. 

Salary is $45-65K for 40-45 hours/week plus possible health insurance and paid vacation. 

PT Housekeeper Needed- East Hampton, NY

Family, with two children ages 7.5 and 9 years old is currently looking for a  great housekeeper for their 7 bedroom,  5,000 sq. home, to start mid-June. Ideal schedule would be 3 days a week and both Saturday and Sunday. Housekeeper's responsibilities would include but not limited to all the heavy cleaning including making up all the beds, cleaning each room thoroughly, cleaning up after meals and laundering bed linens and towels. Family will be entertaining during the weekends, so help with serving food refreshments and cleaning up would be required.Candidate would be required to shop for cleaning supplies when supply is running  low/out. Ideal candidate is very reliable and an experienced professional who is energetic, hardworking and can keep the household organized. Couple has no children but the EM should be child-friendly, work well with other staff (although mainly vendors), and be very tech-savvy. Private couple based in Washington DC seeking a full-time private chef to join their household. Schedule is  Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and entails cooking for husband and wife, as well as 2 additional staff members on occasion.

Live Out Nanny Needed- Chicago, IL (Gold Coast)

Gold Coast family seeking a new part-time nanny to join their household in mid-June. Family has two school-aged girls. Family's previous nanny has been with them from the start, and they are looking for another nanny to join the team for a long-term commitment. This is a fully-staffed household and family seeks a nanny with a professional demeanor. 

Schedule is 3 days per week, which are flexible for the right person, from 12-8. Occasional evening/weekend hours but not regularly.  

Ideal candidate has an upbeat, active disposition and is a true career nanny. College degree is required, and nanny must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Family will provide the vehicle for use. Duties include driving children to and from activities, assisting with homework, meal preparations, household errands, grocery shopping, etc.

Estate Manager Needed- Highland Park, IL

Private client in Highland Park, IL seeking an estate manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the entire property. Duties include overseeing construction and renovations, landscapers and contractors, and other various projects throughout the interior and exterior of the home. Estate Manager will be in charge of supervising outside vendors/housekeepers, handling errands and online purchasing, keeping household inventory, overseeing and preserving art/antiques, maintaining household records for submitting to accountant, acting as the liaison between employer's home and office, and handling travel and event arrangements when necessary. Ideal candidate will have a keen eye to detail, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to anticipate an employer's needs in advance. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 10-6, with occasional hours needed on evenings/weekends. Little to no travel required. This is a live-out position and employer is looking for a long-term commitment. We have a great opening for a full-time summer nanny for the months of July and August for two children, ages 11 and 7, in Lincoln Park.  Hours would vary, but would typically be from 8am – 5pm on weekdays, with occasional nights and weekends.
