Executive Assistant needed to support CEO of company in Springdale, Arkansas. The position will require the individual to be on call evenings/weekends as needed. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answering calls, requests, messages, etc.
• Heavy calendar management
• Scheduling meetings and conference calls
• Booking and planning travel arrangements
• Help with presentations, reports, documents, etc.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident, Professional, Well-Spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ideal candidate is attentive, truthful and values confidentiality. Must have 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant and a college degree. There will be no travel required for this position. Must have prior work experience booking private/international travel.
