Full-time Receptionist needed for company in the north suburbs of Chicago (Evanston). Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. Ideal candidate is comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented and reliable. MUST be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have excellent internet research skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- answering phones
- calendar management
- coordination of meetings and conference calls
- book travel arrangements
- ordering and maintaining office/pantry supplies
- adding and maintaining Seamless Web membership
- setting up and maintaining building access badges
- work on projects, as needed
- Act as back-up for Office Manager, when necessary
- Support Department Administrative Assistants, when needed
- Print and bind presentations, as needed
