Temporary Executive Assistant needed to support C-Level executives in Chicago on a temp-to-perm basis within a prominent private firm. The successful candidate should be flexible, adaptable, and proactive. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The position requires availability for 12 weeks out of the year, though there is definite potential for additional work weeks each year. The position has the potential to transition into full-time employment for the right candidate. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administration support throughout the office
- Coordinating meetings/preparing conference rooms for meetings
- Screening phone calls
- Manage and track expenses
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Creating, maintaining and editing documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations
- Keeping office supplies stocked and organized
- Organizing team events
- Maintaining and organizing filing system
