Duties may encompass the following:

Bill payment and bookkeeping for several legal
entities
·
Download/categorize bank transactions for
reconciliation
·
Payroll for small employee base
·
Maintain files
·
Assist in filing tax and legal reports
Qualifications:
·
Experience with family office a huge plus
·
Proficiency in Excel
·
QuickBooks (or other general ledger) experience
·
Comfort working in highly technical group
·
Strong attention to detail
·
High-quality, accurate work product
·
Excellent organizational skills
·
Ability to work independently
·
Proven time management skills in fast-paced
environment
·
Appreciation for the confidential nature of
workflow
·
Accounting degree preferred
·
At least 2-3 years of applicable experience
