Busy executive seeking a full-time personal assistant for immediate hire in his Chicago residence. Ideal candidate is highly organized and professional, willing to work flexible hours (some evenings, weekends and holidays). Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30-6pm but does require PA to be on-call 24/7. Position may require occasional travel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Calendar management, travel arrangements, organizing events/engagements, reservations, personal errands, clerical duties (answer phones, data entry, filing), working with service providers and vendors, etc.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing critical tasks
- Provide 24/7 availability, matching other time zones, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
