Private Chicago Employer seeking a full-time executive assistant for newly formed office. Duties include:
- Daily office needs--phone and email correspondence, filing, calendar scheduling and maintenance, and sorting mail
- Account management (office supplies/machines/vendors/
payables/etc.)
- Acting as a liaison between home and Family office—working with Principals, Estate Manager, Drivers, etc.
- Coordinating heavy travel schedule—private/commercial flights, car service, lodging/hotels, luggage shipments, itinerary preparation and maintenance
- IT Support- must be proficient with PDA/Smartphones and computers
Position is located between downtown office in the Loop and North Shore location--75% downtown, 25% North Shore. Ideal candidate is extremely professional, punctual, reliable, honest, efficient, and able to anticipate needs/requires little micro managing. Assistant should also be tech savvy, resourceful, and able to work autonomously from office yet comfortable working with a formally staffed household. This role is for a true team player that is able to offer full support to the employer—occasional late evening calls or weekend availability is a must.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-5, with flexibility and accessibility when needed. Salary is $70-100K, DOE, plus paid vacation, performance based bonus, and health insurance. Start date is ASAP. Great opportunity for long-term growth.
