Client based on the North Shore of Chicago is seeking a full-time personal/household assistant for long-term position. Duties include daily household maintenance issues. coordinating projects on the premises, overseeing vendors, scheduling travel, personal shopping, updating calendar, grocery shopping, and other various needs. PA should be extremely organized, able to work with a team or alone, and have thick skin. This is a position that requires a lot of juggling between projects/calendar/email correspondence for a very busy household.
Position is Monday-Friday, 9-6, and occasional on-call hours as necessary. All applicants should have long-term references, with 3-4 years of previous house/estate manager experience. Salary $45-65K. Please email olivia@alteregoconcierge.com to apply. Start is late September 2011.
