Retired Chicago business owner seeking a full-time housekeeper to join casual but staffed household. Duties include all household cleaning, laundry, ironing, assist with grocery shopping, and cooking. Must be able to communicate well with other staff members, speak and write in English, and be looking for a long-term commitment. Previous housekeeper was with the family for over 20 years. The ideal candidate is loyal, trustworthy, always on-time, good with organizing, and a GREAT cook.
Schedule is 9-5, Monday-Friday live-out. Flexibility for occasional evenings is a plus but not required often. Housekeeper should drive and ideally have own vehicle. Salary is $45-55,000/year DOE, plus 2 weeks paid vacation and all major holidays. Start is ASAP.
